As designers and creative directors for TikTok’s inaugural live global music event, we translated the intimate, digital experience of the TikTok app into an immersive physical experience.

Set in Mesa, Arizona, TikTok In The Mix celebrated the connectivity of social media and the platform’s ability to bring fans closer to their favorite artists. At the center of our expansive festival layout was a circular stage surrounded by four double-sided video towers that resembled cell phone screens. The result was a 360° experience that brought fans and artists – including Cardi B, Niall Horan, Anitta, Peso Pluma and Charlie Puth – closer together.

Elsewhere across the festival site, we designed and produced multiple interactive branded environments and sponsor activations that captivated the event’s 17,000 guests.
