Shakira
Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran

The theme of transformation was at the heart of our bold stage design for global superstar Shakira’s world tour.

Comprising a massive 49-by-9-meter screen, a sweeping 25-meter catwalk extending out into the audience, and towering floor-to-ceiling video doors, the immersive set brought to life themes from Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran—Shakira’s twelfth studio album–celebrating female empowerment, resilience, and rebirth.

Symbolic motifs from the album artwork, including gemstones, were woven into the design: in one moment, Shakira, dressed in a rhinestone-covered gown dress, performs atop a gleaming mound of gemstones, framed by powerful visuals on the giant screens. The iconic she-wolf motif–a central and symbolic part of her persona—emerges through video content and sound design, culminating in a spectacular finale as a 40-foot inflatable wolf rises from the stage.

Engineered with hydraulic elements to allow Shakira to appear and disappear across stage levels, the set was conceived as a shape-shifting landscape, capable of delivering both epic spectacle and moments of intimacy.
